Initial Visit
We come to your residence to review all project areas with you. We will provide a professional measure noting locations of windows, doors, obstructions, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical vents. A computerized diagram of the project areas is provided in two business days.

The Design
A computer generated diagram is created for you to review and easily make changes, allowing you to purchase your materials with confidence.

Design Verification
Rovics Construction will come back to the project site to review with you your specific design plan. We will
verify cabinet placement, plumbing and electrical requirements, building code compliance,
and appliance specifications, to ensure your satisfaction with the plan.

Purchasing Your Project
We will meet with you to present the final design plan, which includes your selected merchandise and installation labor, for your approval.

Project Team -
You will be assigned a team which will handle your project from beginning to end. Your team will consist of a project coordinator in our office, a field supervisor and specialty trades people. We will also provide you with an advance schedule of all phases of work to be completed including dates and show-up times for our trades people.

Material Inspection - Once your products arrive, Rovics Construction will pre-inspect everything to verify nothing is missing or broken.
